General Manager
Tana joined RMF Silva in February 2026.
Working closely with the Partners and Practice Manager, she leads the firm’s non-legal operations, with a focus on keeping things running efficiently and creating a supportive environment for staff and clients.
Originally from Geraldine, Tana completed early schooling in Hinds then high school years in Palmerston North and Houston before attending Massey University Teachers College then later Lincoln University.
Outside of work, Tana has a long-standing passion for sports, particularly hockey, where she has been actively involved as both a player and coach for many years. When time allows, she enjoys time in her garden and making the most of outdoor adventures with friends and family.
