Our Team

Penny is a Senior Associate Registered Legal Executive, an Associate of the NZ Institute of Legal Executives Inc.  She is the vice president of the Canterbury Southern Districts Branch committee of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives and the Ashburton representative. Penny grew up in Mid Canterbury and after travelling overseas and working at another firm in Christchurch, returned to Ashburton in February 2011.

Penny specialises in residential conveyancing, working with first home buyers, as well as assisting with commercial property transactions and subdivision matters.

Outside of work, Penny enjoys time with her family, cooking, camping, playing tennis and exploring the world.  She is also the vice president for a community-based gymnastics club in Ashburton.
