Operations Manager
Locally born and bred, Nerida (or Ned as she is more commonly known), started with Russel Moon & Fail in 2003 as Trust Accountant and Legal Support. She has worked a number of different roles within the firm and has been RMF Silva’s Practice/Operations Manager since 2012.
As Operations Manager, Ned is responsible for the non-legal operations at RMF Silva, including IT, HR, assets, finance and compliance. She is especially passionate about supporting and resourcing the wider team to help deliver the best possible service for our clients.
Outside of work, Ned likes to head off the beaten track in her camper, she also enjoys kayaking & mountain biking, and following her grown children around the sports fields. In more recent years, she has swapped her love of playing netball and basketball to now volunteering on the local netball scene.
