Our Team

Having completed her New Zealand Law Society Legal Executive Diploma in 2014, Kate is an Associate member of the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives. Kate has joined RMF Silva Limited in 2019 after 10 years with another local law firm.

As a Registered Legal Executive, Kate’s key area of practice is Estates but also includes elder law, Wills, Trusts and Enduring Powers of Attorney.  Helping clients and their families in a timely, cost effective manner is an important part of her role as Estates Manager.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys time with her husband, Michael and daughter, Lauren.  She is also a committee member for a local gymnastics club and acts as treasurer.
