Fred is our youngest member of staff and heads up the Office Wellbeing Programme.
Apart from vigorous bursts of activity on projects, Fred can usually be found sleeping under various desks.
Fred’s key role is to remind us every day that while the work we do is serious, life doesn’t always have to be.
